DRINKING WATER IS GREAT FOR YOUR SKIN
Up to approx 60% of our body is water, so it makes sense that keeping our water levels high is going to be beneficial for all of our bodily functions including our skins ability to repair itself. However, remember most liquids (apart from alcohol etc) count towards our daily water intake and we can also take in a lot of water from foods such as cucumber, watermelon and tomatoes. If you're not a fan of drinking water try drinking healthy herbal tea options like fruit and green teas.
EAT YOUR WAY TO HEALTHY SKIN
As well as a great skincare routine what you eat can go a long way in achieving a great complexion. Eat lots of face friendly foods including nutritious fruits, vegetables and omega-3 oily fish. Nuts are also a fabulous source of vitamin E which helps skin retain it's natural moisture levels. Last but not least berries are the perfect healthy skin mix as they are a great combo of antioxidants and vitamins C and E.
EXERCISE IS GREAT FOR YOUR SKIN
Excercise benefits every part of your body including the largest organ, your skin. Working out tones muscles, decreases stress, improves your outlook and increases blood flow which in turn nourishes skin cells and keeps them vital.
