We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is uncomplicated - if you are not happy with your product in any way we will replace it or refund your money.
Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will refund your credit card with the cost of your purchase less freight. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product we will happily pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charged are not refundable. Please simply call or email us with a short note. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned the item(s) and we will email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Should the goods be in any way defective we will offer a full refund or replacement - which ever you prefer. Shipping on returned goods is at the purchaser's cost. If an exchange is requested, we will cover shipping of the replacement product.

You may cancel your order prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card used to purchase the products.

Instructions on how to enter competitions form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open to everyone except employees of Inclusiv Naturals Ltd., savaronline and their families. Number of entries will be clearly stated on the individual entry form. All winners will be randomly drawn from valid entries and the winner will be contacted by e-mail only. If the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within a 2 week period from our initial email notification, the prize will be redrawn. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that savar natural skincare may use his or her name and photograph for publicity purposes including without limitation via public relations, marketing via the internet, in printed publications or otherwise.
Prize: The prize and /or value of each competition varies dependent on the promotion and will be clearly stated. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash. However, Inclusiv Naturals Ltd may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize or any component of a prize is unavailable.

Savar Natural New Zealand Skincare Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions
All Savar gift vouchers will be delivered by email and will be emailed directly to the person who is receiving it. Please ensure you supply us with your recipients full and correct email address as we cannot be responsible for any gift vouchers that go missing when an address is incorrectly advised.Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at savaronline.com or by emailing email@example.com. Only one Savar gift voucher may be used per order. Gift vouchers and their use are subject to the Savar general terms and conditions.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. A refund can be issued to the original purchaser of the gift voucher up to 30 days after the purchase of the voucher and will only be credited to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction. Once the voucher has been used, part refunds will not be refunded. All Savar gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, which is the “expiry” date, included on the gift vouchers unless stated otherwise.To redeem gift vouchers, please sign up and establish an account. Enter the unique voucher code when proceeding through the store checkout. If your purchase is less than the voucher value you will have a credit balance in your account. Please use the savar natural skincare unique pin on your voucher to check your voucher balance in the “My Account” area.
When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will need to be charged to a credit card. All the value of your Savar gift voucher will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. If your total purchase is less than the voucher value, you will have a credit balance in your account and your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance is not transferable and non refundable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers, or any misuse of your account.

Savar reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either redeemed through the savaronline web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the savaronline site.
