Healthy Skin with Natural Skincare Products
No matter whether you have dry skin or oily skin there are five natural skincare products that every woman should have in their beauty routine no matter what. Ideally, you need to find the best beauty product in each category for your particular skin type so you have a collection of natural skincare products to fall back on, safe in the knowledge that your skin loves them.
Moisturiser -- everyone needs to moisturise; at least every evening but ideally every morning and evening. Oily skin types are best suited to light versions, but they still need the extra help with moisturising just as much as dry skin types.
Cleanser – whether you prefer cleansing with a flannel or cotton wool, a good, solid natural skincare cleanser is an absolute essential for your beauty routine. Removing daily dirt, grime and make-up is something that, whilst fairly tedious, is absolutely necessary to keep your skin in top condition. We suggest a cream cleanser for dry skin and a wash off face wash for oily skin.
Eye Make-up Remover – even if you don’t wear eye make-up, it’s still important to have this product in your beauty collection to keep your eye area clean. The skin around the eyes is incredibly delicate and won’t always respond well to tougher facial cleansers, so it’s a good idea to keep this product around for when you’ve been out and about. At Savar we have an Essential Cleansing Lotion which is a natural cream cleanser that quickly and efficiently removes eye make up, including waterproof eye make up as well. We also have a Luxury Face Wash which is a wash off gel cleanser that removes all light make up.
Facial Serum – a good anti-aging facial serum is formulated different to a moisturiser as it contains smaller particles that find it easier to penetrate your skin. Therefore, they take on a greater role than moisturisers and are usually filled with potent ant-aging ingredients that your skin will take a huge benefit from. Using a facial serum daily under your skincare moisturiser is an absolute essential if you want to keep skin looking young and firm for as long as possible.
Eye Cream - a lot of people make the mistake of using their natural skincare moisturiser as an eye cream. Facial creams are usually far too rich for the delicate skin around the eyes, so this skin struggles to absorb the rich cream resulting in a build-up on the surface which often shows as tiny white spots. Not only this, the eye area has different moisturising needs to the rest of your face. Therefore, it’s really important to use specific eye cream formulated just for your eye area.
